Where we fly
We offer hot air balloon flights in Tuscany, a region in central Italy known for its beautiful landscapes and culinary tradition.
Our favourite and main balloon launch site is at Montisi near Montepuclciano in the beautiftul old south, but we also schedule some balloon rides in an around Florence, Siena and in the Chianti Valley between Poggibonsi, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Colle Val d’Elsa.

Our Montisi launch site lies in an enchanted valley providing a breathtaking moment as you rise up over the horizon revealing the beatutiful Tuscan landscape. Depending on the wind you may enjoy views north over the Crete Senesi and Siena, west to the canyons and steep valleys of the calanche, south to Pienza and the Val d’Orcia, or east over the 1000 ft wooded hills and into the Val di Chiana.
Florence and Siena are both World Heritage sites because of the stunning and significant architecture which you may get to discover from the basket of your hot air balloon. Outside the cities Tuscany opens up into rolling hills, punctuated with charming towns and villages such as Poggibonsi, imposing villas and sweeping vineyards growing the famous Chianti grape among others, which all offer a fascinating glimpse into the local way of life, past and present.
